Maurice Watson becomes third to speak in Polk Lectureship series.

The Robert L. Polk Lectureship Series has had its third speaker, Lawyer and civil activist Maurice Watson.

The series, which focuses on social justice, was named for Robert Polk, the first African American to graduate from Doane in 1952.

Polk gave an introduction to the lecture, before Watson spoke, covering the work still needed to be done after the Civil Rights era.
